University of Illinois Folder

The Office of Continuing Education of the University of Illinois needed a new folder to hold brochures and documents. They did not want a the cover filled with photos. The school colors are blue and orange, so those are dominant in this minimalist abstract brush stroke design used for the front and back cover. The design also represents the 'cross disciplne' approach of this division, with the orange brush stroke crossing and interacting with the multiple horizontal stripes, each representative of the many educational fields offered. The Dean and faculty were very pleased with this design.
